MUSC Update

MUSC UPDATE: Dr. Patel does not think I have Trigeminal Neuralgia. The type of pain that I am having is not consistent with typical TN. He did give me medicine that will help the pain better than the Lyrica. He wants the MUSC rheumatologist to do a biopsy of the temporal artery. He thinks it may be Temporal Arteritis. We come back on Wednesday for that appointment. We are also going to see an ophthalmologist at MUSC on March 4. So we are on another journey but I am so excited to be seeing these doctors. We are still waiting for insurance approval to do my MRA of the chest. My doctors appealed the denial...Could still have Vasculitis. God will get me through this! Thanks for the prayers! ♥
